# Agencies and teams

How to score an MMP on team access: unlimited seats for marketers, analysts and developers, and agency access with one login and client-set permissions.

**Short answer**

Check whether the plan limits dashboard users, and if an agency runs your campaigns, whether it can work from one login across clients with permissions you control and credit for the campaigns it builds.

## Why do seats and access matter in an MMP?

Seats decide who can use the MMP without a purchase order, and agency access decides whether outside teams can run campaigns without seeing more than they should.

**Seat:** one named dashboard user. Some vendors limit seats per plan or charge per extra user; others allow unlimited users.

## Does the plan include unlimited seats?

Marketers, analysts, developers and finance all use attribution data. A seat cap means rationing logins or sharing them, which breaks audit trails.

- **Unlimited stated:** Linkrunner (every plan), Tenjin (unlimited users) and Adjust ("as many users as you need").
- **Not published:** AppsFlyer, Branch, Singular, Kochava, Airbridge and AppMetrica. Ask, and note that AppsFlyer removed user invites from its free Zero plan on 15 Sep 2026.

## Can agencies work across clients?

If an agency runs your paid campaigns, it needs access to build links and read results, and you need control over what it sees.

- **One login across clients:** Linkrunner (agency workspace with a project picker), AppsFlyer (agency account listing up to 1,000 client apps) and Adjust (one login switches between client accounts).
- **Partly:** Branch, Kochava and Airbridge (dedicated agency access, but one login across several clients is not documented), Singular (Agency Account for selected agencies only) and Tenjin (agency role inside the client's account).
- **Not published:** AppMetrica.

Who pays differs too. AppsFlyer documents that agency accounts are free and the app owner pays; Kochava says an agency account costs nothing extra. On Linkrunner the account holder pays, and its [agencies page](https://linkrunner.io/agencies?utm_source=mmpscorecard&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=criteria-agencies-and-teams) describes one login with a separate project per client. Our sister site has a full [client access checklist for agencies](https://mmpforagencies.com/guides/client-access-checklist/).

## What should you ask vendors?

### Unlimited seats

1. How many dashboard users does the plan include, and what does each extra seat cost?
2. Can we set roles and permissions per user, and is SSO included?

### Agency multi-client access

1. How does an agency get access to our account, and what can we restrict (cost, revenue, exports)?
2. Are campaigns an agency builds credited to that agency in reports?
3. Does agency access cost extra, and who pays for it?

The [full RFP template](https://mmpscorecard.com/mmp-rfp-template/) has every question in one list.

## Questions

**Which MMPs offer unlimited seats?**

Linkrunner states unlimited seats on every plan, Tenjin lists unlimited users and Adjust says admins can add as many users as needed. The other vendors here do not publish a seat limit either way.

**Should the agency or the client own the MMP account?**

Usually the client. A client-owned account keeps the data and history with the app if the agency changes, and the client can grant and remove agency access.

**Can a client hide revenue from an agency?**

On most MMPs, yes. Linkrunner, Adjust, Branch and Airbridge document controls over revenue or spend for agency users; check the exact scopes before you invite an agency.

**What is an MMP scorecard?**

An MMP scorecard is a weighted list of requirements used to compare mobile measurement partners. Each vendor is marked yes, partly, no or not published on each requirement from its own published facts, and the weights decide the final score.

**What questions should I ask MMP vendors in an RFP?**

Ask about the all-in cost at your volume, which plan each feature sits on, raw data exports, SKAN 4 support, deferred deep linking, seats, security certifications and support response times. The MMP RFP template on this site has the full list, free to copy.

**What does Not published mean on this site?**

It means the vendor's own pricing page, docs or trust centre did not state the fact when it was checked. It is not a no: the scorecard shows it as a question mark and adds it to your RFP questions.
