Support and region
How to score an MMP on support and region: a team in your market and time zone, written response times, and how long the vendor has operated in the market.
Check where the people who will support you are based and what response times they commit to in writing, and weigh how long the vendor has operated. Long-standing vendors win on track record; newer ones often answer faster.
Why does support matter when choosing an MMP?
Attribution problems are urgent: a broken SDK release or a postback outage can stop ad networks optimising within hours. Support quality decides how fast you recover.
Support SLA: a written commitment on response or resolution time, usually by severity and plan. Without one, "priority support" means whatever the vendor decides on the day.
Is there a team in your region?
A team in your time zone answers during your working day. The scorecard's region criterion uses India, the market this question is asked about most:
- India office documented: Linkrunner (Bengaluru headquarters, support from the engineers who build the product), AppsFlyer (Bengaluru), Adjust (Mumbai) and Branch (Bengaluru).
- Not confirmed or not found: Singular, Kochava, Airbridge, Tenjin and AppMetrica.
If your users are mainly in India, Linkrunner's MMP for India page describes its rupee pricing and Jio Ads integration. For other regions, ask each vendor where its support team sits.
How long has the vendor operated?
A long track record suggests the vendor will still be there at renewal and has met most edge cases before. This is where the established vendors win:
- Founded ten or more years ago: AppsFlyer and Kochava (2011), Adjust (2012), Branch, Singular and Tenjin (2014) and Airbridge (2015).
- Newer: Linkrunner (2024).
- Not published: AppMetrica's launch year.
Weight it at 2 or 3 if procurement needs a long history or many references in your category, and at 0 or 1 if speed and price matter more. Our sister site's agency comparison also lists each vendor's India presence.

Questions
Does a local office mean better support?
Not always, but it usually means support in your working hours and someone who knows the local ad networks. Ask for response times in writing whatever the vendor's location.
Is a newer MMP a risk?
It can be, mainly around longevity and partner coverage. Reduce the risk by checking data export terms, so you can take your history with you, and by asking for customer references.
How should I weigh track record against price?
Weight both, then let the score decide. If your budget is fixed, price will dominate; if procurement requires references and history, give track record a 3.
What is an MMP scorecard?
An MMP scorecard is a weighted list of requirements used to compare mobile measurement partners. Each vendor is marked yes, partly, no or not published on each requirement from its own published facts, and the weights decide the final score.
What questions should I ask MMP vendors in an RFP?
Ask about the all-in cost at your volume, which plan each feature sits on, raw data exports, SKAN 4 support, deferred deep linking, seats, security certifications and support response times. The MMP RFP template on this site has the full list, free to copy.
What does Not published mean on this site?
It means the vendor's own pricing page, docs or trust centre did not state the fact when it was checked. It is not a no: the scorecard shows it as a question mark and adds it to your RFP questions.
